Aug.14 - Blaugust Day 14 - It sure was Thursday

It's another rough day, so this is another short post.

Started reading The Spellshop today, based on my husband's glowing recommendation. Only got a few pages in because Everything. But I love the talking, walking, spider plant companion.

Watched the Alien TV show currently on Hulu, episodes 1 and 2, and liked them very much. The absolute love letter to the original two movies that was the opening scenes, was kinda breathtaking to watch. Well done on capturing the ship's whole aesthetic. I think even the camera angles were taken from the originals.

Mastodon friends, I haven't been checking my feed hardly at all. I hope you're all well.
