Mix 3 cups vanilla yogurt wtih 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter. Separate evenly into four 1 cup containers wtih lids. Chop 1/4 cup roasted peanuts. Melt 1/4 cup chocolate chips with 1 tsp coconut oil. Pour a thin layer of chocolate over each of the yogurt cups, top with the peanuts and some flakey sea salt. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes for chocolate to harden. They should be good for at least 5 days in the fridge. If you want the chocolate super hard, transfer to the freezer for 10 minutes before enjoying
