We got this as a wedding present in 1995, along with a sauce pan. I remember thinking, "Oh what a neat idea," and then I made the taco sauce and it's been in our rotation for the last thirty years.
What do you do with it? Well, you can stick it on tacos, obviously, but we put it on everything, it's a great all-purpose hot sauce. It's also weirdly good as a salad dressing.
Heat until boiling, then simmer 15-20 minutes or until ready to eat.
